read on another board that he always puts that many on some subliminal shit because of 19th and 21st in Long Beach and 20 for the rollin crips
they also said that the original Doggystyle had 19 tracks including the skits but they took out GZ Up Hoz down

props for the info, I have the original "Doggystyle" and it does have 19 tracks and I was around in the tape era too in fact my sister who is even older than me has the cassette tape of Doggystyle with "G'z Up Hos Down"
