interestng shit about why Snoop puts 19,20,21 tracks on his albums

read on another board that he always puts that many on some subliminal shit because of 19th and 21st in Long Beach and 20 for the rollin crips

they also said that the original Doggystyle had 19 tracks including the skits but they took out GZ Up Hoz down

so why does he cut out a some good songs and throw in garbage on each album?  more importantly, why does he have skits, when some songs don't even get on the album?

Fuck Death Row = 13 Tracks
Dead Man Walking = 10 Tracks
