-
I dont get it... So its a 213 album without Nate? Or do they have enoff Nate material to make a album with it??
-
warren g beats this time hopefully
This.
And hope they got enough quality Nate verses and hooks to put him all over the album and not only a couple of hooks here and there.
-
This gonna be the shit, been waiting for this for ages
Hopefully Nates all over it 8)

A dedication album. Is he about to die soon?

I would guess more the latter. He had mentioned that he had alot of unreleased material on Nate so I am sure they could make songs around the hooks or full songs he already made. So in that sense, being that he cannot be there to record with him, they are dedicating the album to him.

motherfuckin' great fuckin' news.... finally!!!!!! thank you snoop and warren who i'm sure really push the project.much love to the 213
-
Respect to Warren G, We played your whole album start to finish....shits fire !

definetly agree on that. i think it would be just throw back joints thrown in, would defis get this
-
Another 213 project sounds great to me, but I have a few comments first...
While I did really enjoy the first project, obviously the lack of Warren G production really threw off the album's appeal. Now, let's say Warren does all the production on the new project... That would be amazing. HOWEVER, if there is no Nate Dogg on it, that's another let down all together. I guess they could use unreleased or remixed material, but it would have to be TOP NOTCH.
Am I against the project? No, not at all. However, unless it's done in a way that can make up for the last album's downfalls, is it even worth it?
-
imho i don't think this project is going to happen anytime soon, though i'd love to hear it
"We could do a record right now, ‘cause I still got tracks with Nate that I had forever, a bunch of ‘em. But I’d rather just wait for him to recover fully so we can get the new raw Nate, but if it takes longer than we expect me and Snoop could still do the record and we could dedicate the record to Nate and still have him involved with the records that I’ve done that I do have him on."

Interesting. Could be great. I also hope that they use Warren G production this time around, though.

I liked the singles from this album. i know people will hate on Groupie Love bought i thought it was dope.
-
Sounds good, I'm not going to judge this off their other album. but Remember a few years ago Warren G was gunna release the original 213 album on his website, maybe this dedication album will have some of those songs.

This is great news, I'll definately cop when it comes out
-
Yeah, Hard Way actually ended up being one of my favorite albums of that year despite the fact that Warren got shafted on the production. Look forward to hearing what they have planned for this new 213 project.
