With or without Roth makes no difference. It's a flip of the coin when these teams play. Pit has blown them out with Ben and have been blown out with Ben. If anything I'd give the defensive edge to Pit until they show me they can't hang they're playing the best defense right now. The only TDs they've let up so far we're late game TDs after the game was all but wrapped.

Tampa Bay and Tennessee are not nearly as good defensively as the Ravens

^The Titans have still been pretty good defensively.

Not on the Ravens level though.

I like the Ravens in that game.

Jets week 1 had no downfield offensive gameplan

Ravens week 2 lost because of some BS calls  (but also let Peyton HIllis run wild on them last week)

Green Bay had 50000 penalties on MNF haha

Titans D may not be touchin' Ravens but  it's 100% a top 5 D right now. Look up them numbers.

Ease up there. They haven't played an actual offense yet. The next few weeks, save Jacksonville, will show what you're made of.

You'll see that. That D-Line is unreal. and the LB corps is pretty good, and gets better when Mcrath/Thornton is back (1 of them)

All I'm saying is proclaiming top 5 from what they've played against is premature. Pit, Bal, NYJ, KC, and Min get picked ahead of the Titans on my fantasy team with out even thinking about it.

Keep sleepin' on the Titans D y'all will wake up soon.

Orton isn't unreal but he's top 10 in pass yards thus far. Let's see his #s at the end of this game

Refs are fucking this up handing some bullshit calls to the Broncos. Wow at that roughing the passer and offside, just gave them 7 points and that CJ fumble was bullshit, his knee was CLEARLY down and we were in a position to score

That's how you flip off the refs (haha our D. Co-Ord. Chuck Cecil) and answer back! baby 7-7. 8 yard TD pass to Britt!

Just on that pure domination grind today. Lookin' like those Superbowl champs I know they're gunna be. 8)

LT had his best game since '07, Greene also had 100+ yards. Next week we get back Revis, Pace & the debut of Santonio Holmes. I'M FUCKIN' HYPED. 8)

Skins/Eagles is a shocker so far.

The Jaguars put up 31 points. I swear Peyton better think long and hard before he signs this contract because there are plenty of teams he can go to. This is a joke. Two times in scoring position and a tipped catch and a fumble ruin it, and then the Colts make the Jags look like the 90s Cowboys. I can't even get upset anymore. It's so ridiculous. I'd fault the TE for Peyton's first INT but Peyt got away with one on the last drive.

Pete doesn't wanna be discovered as Jesus himself. He'll drop a few games to take the heat off of him, yet win enough to take the Wild Card.

What a genius.

How did we fail? Did u watch the game? lol. Orton wasn't that good. Stacking up yards but he threw 2 TD, 1 INT. Better throw 2 TD's when u throw it 50 times. They won this game thanks to our last minute special teams miscue and bad coaching and some bad calls that didn't go our way (the fumble, the roughing the passer and the pass interference)

The good news is our division is shit. The Rams aren't a joke anymore but are still young and inexperienced, The Cardinals don't have a good QB, and the 49ers (picked by y'all to win the division) haven't won a game.

Relax. The Orton part was a joke, but if you still think top 5 D after that then I don't know what to tell you. I saw enough of the game to know it wasn't bad defense. It just wasn't top 5 defense.

Yo Shallow, your prophecies about the Chiefs are coming true, Wiess' offense is finally moving the ball like you said it would and the Chiefs are the only undefeated team left!

Any predictions for their upcoming matchups on the road against the Colts and Texans, will they fall suddenly back to Earth, or will their good fortune continue?

The Colts D just made David Garrard look like Joe Montana, so I could see KC winning a shootout, and then a smashmouth game against the Texans. Don't be surprised with 5-0. But I'm certain they at least split the next two.

As a Peyton fan I hope they lose a lot of games in the same fashion they lost this week. Because that team needs a regime change, and last I checked Bill Cowher is still out there.

I had a feeling you were going to predict a split of the next two games, and Kansas City would be really happy with that.

I may be a diehard Chiefs fan, but I think the Chiefs got a long way to go still to be on the Colts level.. and at home they could fuck with the Texans but not on the road... I predict 3-2 which is still okay for the Chiefs because their schedule weakens thereafter.

The difference is they have two weeks to prepare for Indy and both coordinators have made a career out of beating Indy. Now if both games were at Arrowhead then I'd say an easy 2-0, but because they are on the road I can see them losing one. Sure the could lose both, but then my dream of a 19-0 season will be gone.

Definitely not bad defense. Might be the best rush defense period. The pass D seems to be pretty good, but maybe that keeps it out of top 5.

Again you're ignoring the obvious. McDaniels doesn't run a rush offense and plays to the short passes. You don't make the top 5 in any rushing category. You're barely in the top 10 for yards per attempt. I'm not trying to make it seem like you have a bad rush D, but to proclaim them number 1 is absurd. KC maybe thus far, and Pit maybe in the long haul.
