Yo Shallow, your prophecies about the Chiefs are coming true, Wiess' offense is finally moving the ball like you said it would and the Chiefs are the only undefeated team left!

Any predictions for their upcoming matchups on the road against the Colts and Texans, will they fall suddenly back to Earth, or will their good fortune continue?

The Colts D just made David Garrard look like Joe Montana, so I could see KC winning a shootout, and then a smashmouth game against the Texans. Don't be surprised with 5-0. But I'm certain they at least split the next two.

As a Peyton fan I hope they lose a lot of games in the same fashion they lost this week. Because that team needs a regime change, and last I checked Bill Cowher is still out there.

I had a feeling you were going to predict a split of the next two games, and Kansas City would be really happy with that.

I may be a diehard Chiefs fan, but I think the Chiefs got a long way to go still to be on the Colts level.. and at home they could fuck with the Texans but not on the road... I predict 3-2 which is still okay for the Chiefs because their schedule weakens thereafter.

The difference is they have two weeks to prepare for Indy and both coordinators have made a career out of beating Indy. Now if both games were at Arrowhead then I'd say an easy 2-0, but because they are on the road I can see them losing one. Sure the could lose both, but then my dream of a 19-0 season will be gone.

Titans D may not be touchin' Ravens but  it's 100% a top 5 D right now. Look up them numbers.

Ease up there. They haven't played an actual offense yet. The next few weeks, save Jacksonville, will show what you're made of.

Test# 1: Kyle Orton. FAIL!

How did we fail? Did u watch the game? lol. Orton wasn't that good. Stacking up yards but he threw 2 TD, 1 INT. Better throw 2 TD's when u throw it 50 times. They won this game thanks to our last minute special teams miscue and bad coaching and some bad calls that didn't go our way (the fumble, the roughing the passer and the pass interference)

Relax. The Orton part was a joke, but if you still think top 5 D after that then I don't know what to tell you. I saw enough of the game to know it wasn't bad defense. It just wasn't top 5 defense.

Definitely not bad defense. Might be the best rush defense period. The pass D seems to be pretty good, but maybe that keeps it out of top 5.

Again you're ignoring the obvious. McDaniels doesn't run a rush offense and plays to the short passes. You don't make the top 5 in any rushing category. You're barely in the top 10 for yards per attempt. I'm not trying to make it seem like you have a bad rush D, but to proclaim them number 1 is absurd. KC maybe thus far, and Pit maybe in the long haul.

You said it. It's making the gambling a lot tougher. A few of these teams I predicted, but a few are really surprising me.
