It's from a compilation cd called "Well Connected", released in 1999. It got some tight Bay Area stuff on it :)

It's a '94 track. I don't know if it was produced by Hutch. It sounds more like Overdose who did These Reasons.

Nope that's produced by Overdose and that's either a pre-mix or the OG of These Reasons. Record date according to the court documents was 7/16/94.
