Holy shit 2018 is only 7 years away. I feel old as fuck

Anyone remember an x-raided interview from around 02-04 where he said the guy that committed the murder he was accused of had confessed? He sounded confident he would be released but I don't remember hearing anything since. Doesn't make sense for the guilty person and the innocent person to both be in jail for the same murder.

I would not grant him parole if I was sitting on the other side of the table. Certain things are inexcusable.

And according to your cool rap name, suckers cant see that you are.  :D

If indeed he is innocent, then he doesn't need to be granted parole. He needs a pardon. The asinine opinion would be the one that supports an innocent man staying in jail until his parole hearing. Until he is declared innocent however, he is guilty of murder and that should require life in prison.

damn, you're smart!...no, muthafucka, he is not guilty until declared innocent. he is only guilty if he is actually guilty. the system is bullshit, and there's a good chance he could be innocent and still remain in jail. unfortunately, you don't seem to understand the system, so let me explain it to you...if they know he is innocent, but choose to ignore it, there's a chance that his innocence could be the deciding factor in granting his parole. easier for the faulty ass "justice" system than granting a pardon. btw, do u work for the us government?

Well, I think he's still in there because he was an accomplice.  I don't remember but he either went inside the home or stayed outside.  Either way, they still see it as him being involved.

this nigga was an accomplice to a crime and then rapped about the situation in a song for the feds. Even if he didn't pull the trigger, the nigga deserves life in prison for pure stupidity. And the nigga who pulled the trigger should shoot his stupid ass for snitching.

Yup.  I'm pretty sure that even if the guy who did it confesses that doesn't mean people who were involved get off scott-free. I don't know the specifics of this particular case but from what I've read, he claims to have been an accomplice in that he was there but not the trigger man. If you and your friends break into a person's home and murder them, you're still held accountable for that murder. You might not get as harsh a sentence as the guy who did the physical killing but you are still a contributing factor in it. I mean, if a group of people break into a loved one's home and murder them, you want them all to do time, not just the guy who pulled the trigger.

You can absolutetly get that kind of bid if you're an accessory to murder. We're talking about a gang of men breaking into somebody's home and killing them. Again, my familiarity with this case is not excellent but here is what I've gathered and anyone can feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. Raided and three people invaded the home of someone they thought was an enemy but mistakingly killed the wrong person. She ended up being a grandmother and mother of four who was a community activist. Because he was the most high profile of the individuals involved in the case and also because he rhymed about a similiar incident on one of his albums, he ended up going down as the guy who did it. He states that although he was present at the shooting, he wasn't the trigger man, but because of his code, he's not going to give up information on who it actually was. Now, if this were a case of X-Raided being not involved at all, he would likely be freed but I don't know from a technicality standpoint if going from being the murderer to just an accessory is enough to get an early release. I think his situation does show that the likelihood of real gangbangers being able to be rap artists is difficult. Music does not get a pass for "creative freedom". If you're actively involved in crimes, the last thing you're ever going to want to do is bring attention to it. I think I remember someone saying when Tray Deee was first getting on, he was apprehensive about having his face out there because he had committed armed robberies in the past. I think there was something similar with the New York guys that Pac fell out with after the Quad shooting where he tried to get them roles in Above The Rim and they told him not to.

You do if the triggerman doesn't come forward and you're their only connection to the crime. He rapped about it in a song and that was enough evidence to convict him.

Which song did he rap about it in? I've heard about it but never heard it. I doubt if he did. I always heard the connection was that the gun used to commit the murder was the same one he was holding on his album cover
