Title: DJ Quik - The Red Tape (First Mixtape)
Post by: Eddz on September 11, 2012, 09:10:35 PM: I came across an early DJ Quik mix tape called The Red Tape. Supposedly this was recorded in the late 80's early 90's. Here is the track listing:

1. Reprise Intro feat. 2nd II None & AMG

Post by: LostSkanless on September 13, 2012, 12:25:06 AM: actually this is not a mixtape and its not dj quiks... its 2nd II none's demo tape which was red and they sold them at the swap meets. track # 4 which is really called "the real dope" from this tape was earlier featured on my cousin's Rodium swap meet mixtape "Dj Tony A. - Bullshit ft The D.E.A. (Hi-C, Dj Quik, Amg & 2nd II None)" & this is where quik first dissed cmw. but no its not rare, ever since my lil cousin mrquik leaked it prob 8 years back, shit time goes fast. what is rare is the "Bullshit" mixtape, a lot DEA stuff on that.
