I would get help if not for the fact that I don't believe in any "official" Science and a college educated psychologist would not be acceptable to my liking, and a psychiatrist even worse because I don't believe in modern medicine.
...the only modern medicine I ever take is Ibuprofen on occasion. It reduces swelling where other comparable over the counters don't. But even Ibuprofen is regrettable.
