I would get help if not for the fact that I don't believe in any "official" Science and a college educated psychologist would not be acceptable to my liking, and a psychiatrist even worse because I don't believe in modern medicine. 

...the only modern medicine I ever take is Ibuprofen on occasion.  It reduces swelling where other comparable over the counters don't.  But even Ibuprofen is regrettable.

Better... got some attention today without having to troll for it.  If I have to troll too hard for the attention then it can often backfire.  So it was good day.
