Dubcnn.com hacked???

For some reason the Dubcnn.com website is not working, what's up with dat? It got hacked or whut???

When I go to http://www.dubcnn.com Im directly coming to http://host.xnull.com/suspended.page/ where it says:
This Account Has Been Suspended
Please contact the billing/support department as soon as possible.
