DJ Quik beef with MC Eiht

Why was there a beef with these two, why did Quik diss MC Eiht on Dollars and Sense (dope song btw), answers please!!!!

it goes way back to b4 either was big, quik was a dj and was makin records for the neighborhood, and on one of his records he shouted out a bunch of compton artists (dre, nwa, etc.). mc eiht and cmw were not one of the artists he shouted out and they took offense as they saw it as disrespectful. they dissed him on duck sick off the cmw album, and then it was on

Eith said that it was just records, and that he didn't mean it, and that was the end of the beef.

A underground tape (garbage & turmoil on wax) that was made back in 1986 that Quik & Courtney Branch made and sold around their neighborhood & fashion center of the Hub City. Quik called out CMW to stop at the "tree". Chill,Eiht took offense to it, and the rest is history.
