better sequel of "mind playin tricks"

the year 94 saw both Scarface and Willie D. providing on their respective albums a solo follow-up to their common classic song. which do you prefer ?

I honestly prefer Willie D.'s version, by far. Face's version is nice, but Willie D's has a new funky instrumental while Face used the pretty much the same beat. I think Willie's story telling was more compelling on his song and overall it was more entertaining. it's funny that both songs came out the same year.

I gotta go with scraface's version.  That singing on a sequel for my mind play tricks track was ackward for me personally.

But both albums are dope and classic.
