How do I convert a .wav or .mp3 file into an .aac or .qcp file? And more to the point, why the hell do they make phones without .mp3 capabilites? That is just plain retarded.

I have a Samsung, but mine plays mp3s. I'm trying to send a ringtone to my friend but she has a Sanyo that is a pain in the ass. I need a program that converts mp3s to aac.

iTunes will take care of all that for you.

I'll give that a try. Thanks for the help guys.
