Who was on last month's cover?

I read an excerpt of this issue and 50 admits to dumbing down his lyrics to sell records :-X

yep, whenever this is mentioned the person is labeled a "hater" but he admits it himself

Most hip-hop is now keyboard driven, because the majority of hip-hop workstations have loops and patches that enable somebody with marginal skills to put tracks together,...

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.

Except that the haters (e.g. you) never admits that 50 is better lyrically on earlier material.

actually he wasnt at all...his old stuff was off the hook...before i heard get rich or die tryin i couldnt wait for 50 to drop...i loved that power of the dollar cd even though it never got released...he was soooo much better...then that get rich or die tryin album dropped and i decided 50 had changed and he was mainly for the clubs now...its a shame we lost the 50 we could've had

i thought i posted before i like 50's older work, but maybe not. i liked 50, bumped him back in 2000 a lot. i hated when he got shot because i can't stand his slurred speech + plus his new lyrics are symplistic as fuck
