Yo, I don't know what the fuck Alex was sayin but to answer your question, yes!  Basicallywhen u purchase the phone u get a software disc for your comp called Nokia audion Manager, it's kinda like Media player.  You get a USB cable for your phone to hook to the comp then u search your comp for all MP3 files WAV. files and AAC files then you transfer the actual file to the phone.  in thone u can search through your files to choose a ringtone and u can choose the actual MP3 to play as your ringtone and it isn't all beepy an shit it is the actual MP3 file thta plays when someone calls.  It has an MP3 player in it so you can bump your MP3s on it when your out or u can bump the radio on it!  It's a badass phone...for damn near $300 LOL  It is the one in the new CHingy video.  So if u got "Above The Law" Or any DJ Quik on your Comp u can play it as your ringtone.
