a man is accused of a crime, yet the people call for his head and prosecutors  actually argue who gets to have the privelege of killing him

innocent till proven guilty?

nah, presumed guilty until proven innocent

and o ya, if someone is suspected for killing 6k ppl, and then he does not show up when he is in the Wanted list...that doesn't give him too many rights u know
