There's some good rappers on that list. But some of them haven't even released any decent material in 2003.
I don't like sage francis at all. Same with slug.

This list is not the best MCs of 2003.  It's more like, the 2003 edition of the best MCs in hip-hop currently.


Now it looks like they don't really know what an MC is or really don't care about an MC's voice, delivery or flow because to have someone like Sage Francis (for example) that high and to call him the greatest MC in the world in 2002 is very odd.  His voice is horrible, that's his first problem, and his flow and delivery are mediocre at his best.  He's pretty much unlistenable.  I don't care how nice your lyrics are if you sound like shit I don't care what you gotta say.
