I think people are sick of people that hang around with Snoop and Dre.

This is all about timing, and right now, Aftermath/Shady is running things.

whoever gets pushed the most is gonna blow up.  we already saw what happened with knoc being pushed by elektra, they pretty much fucked up.  they are gonna have to give like 400% more effort on promoting knoc this time around.  shit anyone even know when his album is supposed to drop?  Is the way I am his first single?


Roscoe didn't blow up cause Priority hasn't really pushed a westcoast rapper in years.  Back in the day rappers signed to priority blew the fuck up, but nowadays Priority barely supports and pushes westcoast rappers.  Roscoe needs to get on a better label if he ever wants to blow up.  Shit especially with songs like Get Ready, Smooth Sailing, shakedown, Trouble.  He just didn't get promoted well.  His album is excellent, especially for the avg rap listener.  He's got radio songs, club songs, party songs, catchy hooks and nice choruses, not too gangsta, not much cussing, and they are good songs.  Ain't like the usual crap that is popular.  Its kinda like Roscoe and Nelly have a sort of similar type of album, except roscoe's is 100x better.  If Roscoe had the amount of support and promotion as Nelly I gaurantee he woulda gone multi-platinum.

the game - I think he is boring, but most people on here seem to really like him.  who knows tho, truth hurts flopped and so did the wash ost.  All depends how much money is put towards promoting him.

I personally have no idea who the next on the west will be to blow up.  But I hope its someone who actually drops a decent album, and not some garbage album that usually blows up.

i really think that Knocturnal has a chance a blowin' up....he's good...he's been around for a while...and he's got that Dr. Dre type of style that everyone likes, but with a twist...

plus, his new cd is being dubbed "The Next Chronic" Album....aside from a DJ Quik or Dr. Dre release this year, i think this is going to be the Westcoast album of the year...

i dunno...it's just my opinion....

Knoc-Turn'al & The Game got the biggest chances to blow up.

Can never see Sly Boogy or Crooked I selling more than gold, at best, if they have a huge hit.
They're gonna go the Ras Kass route, they're too raw to cross over.

Roscoe doesn't have what it takes, he's just too anonymous.

i think Kurupt could blow up with his next release if the production is dope and if hes bringin the dope lyrics again then yea i think he will the net to blow up at least go 1x platinum...
