How can Rocafella be so ignorant

Why can't they sign on Yuk or E-40 or something like that. Instead they Got Kanye West and some other average rappers on their label. Surely if you have a fat bankroll, any average rapper will end up making a few mil but damn. If Yukmouth was signed on to Rocafella, Dame would see QUITE A FEW MILL on that! Ya know what i mean? If San Quinn or Too $hort or someone who actuallly have skillz and game on the mic had a large corp to promote them, money will be make in a major way, think about it. shit

not neccasarily, its all about image, yuk n 40 dont fit the roc image. plus kanye has got skill you cant deny that.

Because they are an east coast label, who only sign people that fit into the New York type of sound. I know Kanye is from Chicago, and Sigel and Freeway are from Philadelphia, but they fit into the ROC sound type. There is no need for Rocafella to sign any west coast artists.

If you want to big label to put a push behind some west coast artists I suggest you look closer to home.

what if? if they made it to the roc, they'd be garbage. they'd be the biggest thing in the world today and then be the lowliest pieces of shit out there tomorrow. that's what happens to big label artists, except for a select few. there are maybe 10 or 20 big label artists that are still respected no matter what happens - the rest are doomed to ja rule status or p. diddy status.

They wouldn't fit in. Rocafella stands for a certain style in post-millenium NY rap, there might be exceptions, but Yuk on the ROC....hell naw. He'd have to change his style and he'd prolly fall off badly. Same for E-40
