no one fell off worse than kurupt, i mean ice cube aint as consistant as he use to be..............his doin alot of other things to but kurupt aint got no excuses............i feel bad for the nigga hearin his verses, its like his tryna klown himself

speakin of the topic though................sounds dope dre cube n jigga gettin together, dres gone produce heat imo...............though i admit he aint been on top of his game lately.........but his still sick........................i mean when he comes tight, its amazing work...........the "in the club" beat is simply off the hook.................it might be simple, but the thing is, the more u hear it, the more u appreciate it, shit bangs...........

im lookin forward to a jay-z album for the first time in years.......hopefully shits gonna be real, thats all i want

Most hip-hop is now keyboard driven, because the majority of hip-hop workstations have loops and patches that enable somebody with marginal skills to put tracks together,...

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.

please. Cube's recent work compared to his early days is like comparing Nelly to Ras Kass  in terms of lyricism

I know Cube's not like he used to be but that's cuz he was totally unfuckwitable back then.. calling him worse than Kurupt is still a pure insult, Kurupt is lucky to have some rhymin words in his verses without repeating the word now days

what i'm saying is compare Kurupt in the past to Kurupt of the present. Then compare Cube of the past to Cube of the present. Kurupt never dropped songs like Cube. Cube has dropped more significantly from the past than Kurupt has

as an artist it's true but Kurupt had Cube's skill in his prime.. Puffin On Bluntz, Stranded On Death Row etc is just crazy

Kurupt was far from Cube's skills. Kurupt could not have written The Nigga You Love To Hate, The Bomb, Look Who's Burning, Man's Best Friend, I Wanna Kill Sam etc.....Kurupt was crazy in the days but nothing compared to Cube

he was different and very disappointing on solo shit.. I can't tell for sure since he didn't write any political stuff or anything with more meaning than gangsta shit in his prime on Chronic / Doggystyle but to me Puffin On Bluntz even though it doesn't have much of a message or shit is on the level of Cube's best verses

well so we disagree on that.. my point was just that Kurupt was dope as fuck and now days he's a complete joke

Cube was dope as fuck and is still dope even though he was been way doper so I don't see him fallin off worse than Kurupt

as for the topic.. sounds interesting Cube on a Dre beat again.. I'm not sure about Jigga but it will probably turn out pretty damn dope

whoever said Cube fell off lol, did u listen to lastest westside connection songs? all of them are tight (especially ice cube flow/lyrics)

Cube fell off worse than Kurupt & Xzibit. Cube was probably the best rapper from 88-92. The only new Westside Connection songs are Holidaze & Lightz Out. Holidaze was wack as hell & Lightz Out was dope but Cubes verse was nothing compared to his old shit (Still liked it tho)

i thought holidayz was tight as fuck, what about connected 4 life? and songs on wc album with cube? comon man you cant be serious, cube is tight as fuck, just cause he didnt really release anything lately doesnt mean he fell off
i like his new shit better than 88-92 shit btw, i just don't feel those old ass beats

thats why i cant wait for Cube album on aftermath, remember dre + cube - Natural born killaz? that shit was tight
