Scary Movie 3 sucked compared to the others. I just hope they take their time and come up with some really funny shit this time around.

4 is gunna suck as well...Part 3 made more money than part 1 or part 2 in its opening weekend...Money is all they really care about, so they'll continue doing what they're doing...Plus the same director who directed Part 3 is coming back to Direct Part 4...So i expect it to be even shittier...But whatever, I stopped caring once Shawn and Marlyn Wayans left, and Keenan Ivory Wayans stopped directing...PeACe

its just that the spoof genre is dead, the director of Scary Movie 3 started the genre with Airplane! and will most likely end the genre with Scary Movie 3,4 and even 5

Premise: nothing is known except it will spoof recent horror ficks and adding the "superhero" genre spoofing X-Men, Daredevil, Spider-man, etc.

No, it's not that the spoof genre is dead...It's just that "Scary Movie 3" was way too ridiculous, and not funny at all...

Also, "Airplane!" was directed by Jerry Zucker, and co-directed by David Zucker..."Scary Movie 3" was just David Zucker...PeAcE

That's old news...A lot more than that is known, such as David Zucker will be directing it, and it's set to be released 2/1/2004...PeACe

How many spoof movies were there? 2 or 3?...That's what I thought...LoL...You make it out to be like there were 300 spoof movies in the past 2 years, and they all flopped...A good spoof movie could still be made if done correctly...PeACe

Its still a genre no? it can be 10 moviesto 10 thousand, its still a genre. Just look at all the good genre movies form the 80s and early 90s and compare them to the late 90s-2003...not even close

Actually, Suga Foot is wrong..."Scary Movie 4" did in fact start filming...They started in July (a few weeks after "Scary Movie 3" wrapped up filming)...PeACe

yes, they have started the movie, but no, they haven't started filming it.  One of my best friends was a crew memeber on scary movie 3, and he will be on the 4th, but not until they start filming.  the 4th is still in it's pre production stages.

Well it's gotta be one of them.  My dad's company did work for Scary Movie 3 also.  Just 3, not 4.  Because they haven't filmed the 4th one yet.  ::)  Try Again.
