I definitely think Ginobili and Arenas careers will surpass everyone else's on there. With Van Exel, you can tell that he was probably seen as a great talent before the draft, but that his attitude would prevent him of reaching his full potential, and that is basically what happened with him. Jason Williams story is similar, since he was using drugs and all that in college, but he hasn't been in much trouble if any in the NBA.
