Didn't claim he doesn't. Would still trade the crap out of him for Garnett, tho.
Cause I don't care where I belong no more
What we share or not I will ignore
And I won't waste my time fitting in
Cause I don't think contrast is a sin
No, it's not a sin

most of the lakers "fans" seem to be people who jump in the bandwagon when we win but diss em hard when they lost 2 in a row.. Why the fuck do u think we have no chances to win today ? Phoenix is far too be Detroit or SA and even if they were, anything can happen, that's the beauty of the sport.. Plus, even with this young roster, Phil and Kobe are enough reasons to believe in em..

The problem is that he won't be enought for the T'Wolves, so i'd have to know the full package. But one on one, if it was possible, obviously i'd trade him for KG.

Mmmm.. the temptation is high, i admit it. But see, we are already a PO team, and with the actual roster we have a chance to advance to the 2nd round. We ain't that desperate. We just need 2-3 other pieces of the puzzle to be a contender team. Add a good 2nd scorer option to this team and another big man and we can run for the title. Trading 2 men (plus a FA) for KG is somehow a risk, now.

I think we need a solid point guard and Smush as a backup , he can't defend... Plus a veteran ala Barry who can shoot the 3.. Add Garnett and we would be unstoppable.. but obviously we can't do all that, money wise

Well, that's a pretty nice weakness, cuz he's 6'10 and he shoots 70% from the line, which is not bad at all...Odom is playing great right now, easily a top 5 forward in the league. He's leading the playoffs in rebounds and is actually holding his own with Kobe. I think he's easily a lock for the all-star squad next year...Odom's game is maturing, and it's looking great. I don't even know if I'd want to include him in a Garnett trade anymore...PeACe

I know a lot of people who wouldn't...Not saying I wouldn't, I'd have to see where Garnett would stand in our organization, but you have to remember one thing.

Odom=Entering his prime
Garnett=Past his prime

I love Odom's court-vision, and he's growing as a player very quickly. I wouldn't mind him staying a Laker for the rest of his career. Not one bit...

...like I said - we blew it in game 6

A lot of these guys are gone next season. Odom, Parker, etc etc etc are all getting traded

We need to get Garnett and Ben Gordon (since chicago is trying to shop him)

I think we need a solid PG that can shoot the 3 and mid range jumper.

I think Parker is gone for sure. Maybe Walton too.
