Family-oriented Disney, who was supposed to release the scandal-plagued star's new film, is trying to unload the movie pronto!

The studio is reportedly shopping Apocalypto around to other potential distributors, with a leading candidate being Lionsgate, an indie company that in the past has picked up Kevin Smith's Dogma and Michael Moore's Fahrenheit 9/11 when Miramax was prevented from putting them out by their own agreements with Disney.

If walt were alive to hear Mel say those remarks not only would he keep the film, he'd make sure every theatre in the world would show it on atleast 3 screens each, and his buddy Hank Ford would give a free car to anyone that buys 3 or more tickets. Apocalypto would have broken records.

Mel should just re-shoot the ending and make it so it was the Jews that were responsible for the fall of the Mayans and then release it in the Middle East. 500 Million easy.
