damn am I the only one still bumping this thinking its Daz's most consistent overall feeling album? I just peeped a few tracks from So So Gangsta and decided to skip buying it because I dont think its anywhere on par with this release. (then again, i'll likely just get it anyway)

yeah this is a real good album, nice west coast feel.  It's not that consistent though.  There's about 7-8 tracks that I play all the time, but the rest is pretty much throwaway material.

Yeah that album is good. Very melodic but gangsta at the same time, but not on no R&G tip. Seemed like Daz took his time on that record. It has so many dope tracks on it. Tha Dogg Pound Gangsta, My Mama Said (shit bangs in the system), F Dreamin The Same Dream, Do You Think About and the sequels were good also.

I would have liked to hear Daz and Kurupt rapping over the beats on this album. This one and DPGC You Know What I'm Throwin Up have nice beats.

yeah, even though it was pretty bomb to hear Daz holding down the DPGcLP rapping solo. I havent peeped DPGC You Know What Im Throwin Up or This Is The Life I Lead.

This Is The Life I Lead is dope too. DPGC he was beefing heavy with Kurupt and he was dissing him on almost every track, but he linked back up with Snoop on that one. Soopafly did like half of the beats. I liked this DPG LP alot though because like you said he sounded more focused and the beats on here he really stepped it up.

this album is slow and boring, can't really get into many of the tracks

it's all cheap production and it just doesn't hit

obviously a quick throwout album from Daz back 2 years ago trying to keep his name in the game before So So Gangsta came out

Great album front to back for me. Probably his most consistent.
