What ever happened to the "Black Box"...?

You can turn on the channel and listen to it, you just won't get the picture.

My dad used to have the black box...the one that begins to overheat or gets extremely  hot at some points?  8) Good times watching WWE/WWF at it's time pay per view events :D:D

i used to have a black box. Them days are over. Everybody has digital cable nowadays.

I remember the black box. I wish they were still around. The direct tv cards aren't around anymore neither they found a way to stop it. There are access cards for different type of satellite companies though.

I heard that cable companies change their signal every month, so your box will only work for a month at a time.  Might be true, might not be.  But that's what I heard. 

I don't have cable at my new apartment, CW is the only channel I get.  My internet is on cable, so there's gotta be a way to get the channels out of there too.  I don't know how tho.

i know two of my friends that have a Black Box... but its done through a sattelite company... but there is a guy that set them up... and they do zap it every few months but he just has to input a new code when they do and it works...
