I think that if you take one of the 'O's' out of 'Good' it's 'God', if you add a 'D' to 'Evil' it's the 'Devil'. I think some cool motherfucker sat down a long time ago and said 'let's figure out a way to control motherfuckers'.

IMO:

DMX bites Pac so much, I wonder why Pac's body had any blood left in on that infamous day.

I liked DMX first cd.
His second cd was waaaaaack as fuck.
His 3rd.. I liked it a lil too... even though it's probably his most commercial out of all of them.

I dont think I'ma buy The Great Depression right away... I'll hear it first, and if it's good, I dont mind being one of the many people who support his music.

I can see why alot of people dont like him though. He's alwayz screaming and shit... his lil gay dog bark "arf arf" (sounds like a chiwawa[however you spell chiwawa]). And his resemblence to the late 2pac... but you can't blame him for that... he's bald and kind of ripped... what do you expect him to do? grow a fro and a potbelly.....

it's dark and hell is hot was dope but after a while it gets tired and played out , a solid 4 star album when you first listen to it but after a while a 3 star album

his second cd is ok 3 -2.5 stars

his third just fuckening sux the only good song is what's my name every thing else is utter and complete CRAP period 2 or 1.5 stars

straight up

the only thing i respect about dmx is his live performance...he's probably one of the greatest live performers ever becuase how much of his soul he puts into it but everything else he does is whack as fuck to me and the only reason why people like him is becuase he's a VERY generic 2pac, 2pac is gone so people want the closest thing image wise as pac...and dmx is FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR from being 2pac hell DMX is FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR from being Nas on on Nastradamous

i don't get it i mean snoop's even a better lyracist than dmx and that's SCARY

his flow is hella choppy

his voice is annoying as fuck and when he talks it sounds like he's from a whole other world

DMX will be in a great depression after his release.. he expect to sell 10 million copies... yea... well it wont be me unless he proves himself a good rapper... I aint looking for an mc here, but DMX wouldn't find success reading poems at a cafe... his lyrics plain suck... my brother is like his biggest fan... if you would say so and always plays him out to be dope and I'm always like... here listen to trick daddy then... or lil wayne... maybe some nelly too... DMX...gets great azz beats... puts them to shame... am I anticipating its release..... lets just say... he's fallin and he can't get up...

His first album is one of my favorites. The rest are garbage. The only song I'm feeling from The Great Depression is "Who We Be". My lil' bro is also a HUGE DMX fan so I will be hearing this new joint a lot. I'll tell y'all how it goes.
