I finally overcame my anxiety problems about going to the gym and went to the 24 hour fitness next to my college. I did a steady walk for two miles and burned 300 calories. I feel fucking great!!

Plus I lost 7 pounds this month totaling my weight at 222. Nothing can stop me now.

Yeah I feel you but I was diagnosed with social anxiety disorder and it gave me a fear of the gym because i'm not too comfortable with my weight.
