But that Over Here joint was basically Candy Shop part 2. Indian influenced type of beat, smooth basslin, both 50 and Busta had the same lazy aka seductive flow, the only thing better was the hook because the hook on Candy Shop was plain corny. So don't you think Busta would get hate for putting out a track like that ? I like Candy Shop (minus the chours) and I also like Over Here but many people don't, unless there would be double standards....

Yeah, I think 'Touch It' did it's thang. The remix's and everythang included, I STILL love that shit. Real hype.

yes sir and thats why i think the missy joint should have followed, that was hella hype and then the club joint with the girl on it too and its a dre beat, it would have blown up everywhere

Damn, he woulda had the clubs on lock, LMAO.

yes sir and thats why i do not understand what the fuck the people at interscope are doing.

I mean if you aftermath, u already got a little buzz....then if u a legend on aftermath your buzz is big, then u name your album the big bang!...your buzz just done got bigger...than u drop touch it with all those crazy remixes and videos, you gotta crazy ass buzz, now all you need is something next to get the club on lock and please everyone else aswell by making sure its a dre joint....and then u gotta perfect club joint thats got dre on the beat, busta killin it and then u add missy on it too...your shit is guarenteed to have the clubs on lock...instead they go with love my bitch and pop the baloon, fucked up,lol

i disagree to a certain extent, i think candy shop is alot cornier and i think busta is okay with putting out club shit, his done it his whole career....50 put himself in a corner with the jarule mocking about his jams and then releasing candy shop...i see what you saying, there may be some shit that is similar but i think it doesnt matter if he also had an indian type of beat i think the busta joint was alot better...yes commercial but imo it was perfect for the clubs...

I hear you. That 'I Love My Chick' joint is embarrassing. :-\

If Busta had his wild flow on the track, that shit woulda been like that crazy classic Busta and people would be dumb as fuck to hate, but since it ain't like that, maybe you right.

Nah, then it would be short. It just needs 1 or 2 more songs though.. I put his joint with ODB (Where's Your Money) and the other Nas one on my version though... great album  8)

Yeah, Busta could've went harder on Over Here, but the beat and hook alone would have carried it. It's not like people would call him out on being wack - he already smashed Touch It.

Street Single = Touch It (no vid)
Lead Single = Touch It Remix
Second Single = Over Here/Get You Some double vid
Third Single = I Love My Bitch
Fourth Single = Been Through the Storm with Stevie in the vid

The guy dropped four vids anyway - In the Ghetto is a good song, but Been Through the Storm would have been much better. Maybe he shouldn't have made a vid for the original Touch It - noone bothered listening/playing it after the remixes dropped.

touch it was a perfect way to kick off the album, and it did its purpose, it blew up, it was innovative and everyone done there bit on that, everyone was on that beat, people were pumped up after that but then he dropped i love my chick...a generic single...not a good idea....

He should have went with

1st single...street/club buzz joint = touch it

Single before the album drops = The dre beat that had missy on it, she came goo, busta came good, the beat was nice, it would have blown the clubs up, bitches and niggaz would have been feeling that....biggest mistake of the album was not releasing this joint, it had huge potential single wise

then he could have went with anything really ...though as dope as get you some is, its not a video/single material song...it could be the other joint when you release the single but i wouldnt expect this ever to be a single

pz
agree with everything you said man, exactly on point

and I was happy with the album the way it was, I love my bitch was irritating, but with where's your money, the other joint with nas, and prob the joint with biggie (did the full version leak btw) + imagine it would've been way better

Oh and busta doing his old style on Over Here joint would of been CLASSSIC.the way it was released is just dope

I still bump the album. It was one of the best releases in 06. Fuck the sales.

Yep, but Busta must have been pissed nonetheless.

Yeah i added Wheres your Money with ODB and For the nasty with Q-Tip. I still bump this cd frequently.

Alot of people were hating on "I'll Do It All" but i thought that beat was off the chain. It was pretty dope for a love song.  8)
