Battle Axe Records...........

Who likes the Battle Axe records crew:
Swollen Members, Moka Only, Buc fifty, LMNO etc.

They don't get much love on this board but i've liked them for a while now. Swollen Members are tight. Same with the rest of the artists. If you haven't heard of them, check their music out.

Plus check out their dope website: www.battleaxerecords.com

Battleaxe are one of my favourite labels right now, I'm really feeling Swollen Members and Moka Only. The Buc Fifty and DJ Murge albums are going to be my next purchases. I can't wait for SM - Monsters In The Closet to drop.

I think that if you take one of the 'O's' out of 'Good' it's 'God', if you add a 'D' to 'Evil' it's the 'Devil'. I think some cool motherfucker sat down a long time ago and said 'let's figure out a way to control motherfuckers'.

"One day Alice came to a fork in the road and saw a Cheshire cat in a tree. "Which road do I take?" she asked. "Where do you want to go?" was his response. "I don't know," Alice answered. "Then," said the cat, "it doesn't matter."

That's just cuz the play the shit outta the videos here in Canada.  But for real, Swollen Members are fuckin doooope.  Ab Rude is fuckin insane too.  Madchild is an honorary member of the Rock Steady Crew.

Swollen Has a new single out now on the radio, they already filmed the video for it too.  I can't remember what it's called tho.  Moka only sings the hook again.

Exactly... I think that's the main reason I never really got into Swollen Members, everytime I would turn on the tv they would be there and i got kinda annoyed with them early... still I do understand they are talented and won't hold it against them... Moka Only is pretty tight to...

Peace
