dre or someone was goin to pay for the surgery, basically he could have fixed it when it happened but obviously he chose not to

Jerry set it up for him, but he never came around for it. I guess he figured he would be more in debt to Jerry considering how things worked with all the former Ruthless artists and Jerry.
