The Great Vin Scully Inducted Into NAB's Hall Of Fame
« on: April 24, 2009, 12:35:46 AM »

Longtime Los Angeles Dodger broadcaster Vin Scully was inducted into the National Association of Broadcasters Hall of Fame today (april 21) in Las Vegas. The man’s streak of 60 consecutive years calling Dodger games on radio and television is unprecedented in all of sports. If you haven’t heard Vin call a game, I recommend it regardless of whether you are a baseball fan. He is far more than a mere sports caster. His story telling is transcendent and poetic,  his voice as integral a part of this great weird city as the Hollywood sign or the beaches.
