Let's discuss  8)

my current pick would probably be Black Milk. Tronic might be the best album released last year, he also did most of Preface for Elzhi, and has proven himself as a producer countless times.  You can see his growth as an mc over the years, Sound of the City wasn't that good when it came to BM rapping, Popular Demand showed that he had evolved, but guest features outshined most of the time, and on Tronic has raps along Sean Price, Pharoahe Monch and Royce Da 5'9, some of the greatest spitters in the game, and holding it down

You're missing a few options, Large Pro, Warren G, Alchemist, Pete Rock just to name a few.

But from that list I think I'll go with Havoc as I just feel he's the best all round.

I don't see what's wrong with voting for Kanye, he has 3 quality albums (and one weak but at least he took a shot) in his discography and he keeps evolving as a producer.

I voted for Dre, Kanye would be the second choice.
