guys the key is to stay away from bread,count your calories,stay under 1500-1800 and eat lots of fruit and vegetables-anything that can make you shit thats what you want...........the more shit the more you lose.............stay away from pork and beef,stay close to chicken and fish,if your going to diet you need viatimins and iron..............stay with this and you will lose weight,go take a walk-I walk for a mile up here to the library and walk a mile back............you'll enjoy the walk and you might get to know someone else...........also do something good for someone else............it will help you not concentrate on your weight and also if you help someone else it will make you walk............thats what you want............again stsy away from pork and beef they stay in your body from five days to a week and come out smelling real bad.............and one more thing I went from 357 to 272 thats what i weigh now.I lost 85 pounds because this is what i i did.................
