Murrow come on the question wasnt who impacted music more or who brought who into the game, the question was who you think is better. But anyway, you say I should get my definition of a classic straight but yet you would probably say that a Eminem Show or Marshall Mathers LP is a classic. All good, each to his own, its just my opinion cause I consider Safe N Sound or Rhytmalism classics, without a doubt. But yea like I said, Quik and Dre are about on the same level in my opinion. Dont forget Quik plays his own instruments

Well...if you look at it overall...more people would say Dre's are classics, and Quik's aren't.  And for who they produce for is a big part of who is better...cause they are producers!

I love Quik alot...but he never had the impact in his music like Dre.

So can Dre...but Dre opts for musicians who have more knowledge so he can get a better sound.  That is was sets them apart in some ways.  Dre plays piano...he also played the trumpet on "The Watcher."

about 10 tracks and i can say eithwer  has been bad
but i can say that abouta couple dre beats
but dres been around for over a decade.
every beat he makes cant possibly be good
