lebron doesnt need to be a leader, he's playin on a team built to win with or without him..the reason he left cleveland to play with 2 other superstars was because he couldnt face all the pressure and needed more alpha males around him to succeed. he was also known as a below average defender for years before he started workin on his d, and there was a stretch where he was comparable to t-mac, prior to t-mac's career bein derailed by injuries, so calm down wit that leboner ya gettin over there.
