Xzibit and Mack 10 merges Open Bar Entertainment & Hoo Banging Records

Xzibit sat down with George Lopez to talk about what he’s been up to. While there he made a big announcement regarding his musical career.

The West Coast veteran has merged his Open Bar Entertainment imprint with Mack 10’s Hoo Banging Records. They have secured a distribution deal through Universal Fontana. The first release will be X’s seventh solo album 'MMX1', his first cd since the 2006 release ‘Full Circle.’

I'd like to know for sure indeed! What's really weird is the album is listed (though not available) on Amazon.com & listed as a Japan-cd-release, but it's not listed at all on Amazon.jp not even as unavailable.
When you check the other West Coast Japan-cd-releases they hardly ever even grt listed on the US site (like Damani) but they quite obviously are on the JP site... So?
