R.O.M.E. Drops "Keep Slippin' Away" With Mistah F.A.B. - By : Rud - July 7, 2011

BYI Entertainment's own producer/rapper R.O.M.E. continues his relentless release of new music across 2011. Since his late 2010 DJ Skee hosted project No Excuses - which featured production from Tha Bizness, Savilion, Drummer Boy, Marquez as well as features from Mistah FAB, Curt@!n$, Bobbie and Young Gliss - R.O.M.E. has ensured he's not been more than a few weeks from dropping the next new track.

As we've been reporting all year he is busy in the studio working on his new street album "The Impossible" a collaboration project between BYI Entertainment and LA Leakers which now has a confirmed release date of August 3, 2011.

In previous updates we've given you What You Want featuring Brooklyn native Mike Jaggerr as well as the solo tracks Borderline Famous and most recentle In My Life.

Today we are back with a new track, this time a collaboration with Mistah F.A.B. which you can check out below.

R.O.M.E. - Keep Slippin' Away (Feat. Mistah F.A.B.)

R.O.M.E. is taking care of most of the production alongside Tha Bizness and BIG KRIT on "The Impossible" and as always Dubcnn will be the number one spot for all news and media over the coming weeks before its release on August 3, 2011.

Weird, just mentioning R.O.M.E in another thread. Rapping is a little better, but he still needs a little work. Isn't polished enough for me to keep listening, or to buy anything from

this dude should stick to doing beats, its not cuz the color of your skin or your race, its your skill set. He cant find the beat, similiar to omar cruz style.. saafir , ras kass rappers that fight the beat like a lecture study hall and they dont even hold a candle to ras. disliked it obviously

Agreed. His skill set needs spruced up a level before I can get behind him, but I respect his efforts. I thought he would have improved since last year though

Yeah I been saying this since he debuted as a rapper. I like his direction and what he's trying to do conceptually, but some of his lyrics are painfully elementary. I support dude tho, yeah cuz he's raza, but also cuz I think he has potential...bur anytime a seasoned mc is featured on any of his songs, his limitations are shown that much more and he's outshined somethin' crazy more times than not.
