This is my list of persons who needs to be on this album, i don´t give a fuck if they raping or only talking:

1) Crooked I, Handz down he needs to be on there feated. Snoop,Daz, Kurupt,C-style produced by Dr.Dre
2) Big C-Style, Not only that he starts the dogg pound with Snoop, he dropped the 19th Street Combolation and this was a LBC/Westcoast Classic.
3) Lil Half Dead, always on some hardshit
4) Rbx, Snoop´s & Daz Cousin who´s mean as fuck.
5) Tray Deee & Goldie Loc, Snoop´s group meets Snoop´s group.
6) Warren G, damn a beat from him for a DPG album.
7) Coniyac, Jewell & Michelle´l
8) Dj Pooh
9) Dj Quik
10) Battlecat
And they absolutely need to have the janitor who was cleaning the floors during the "Dogg Food" recording days to come back so the album has the right feel. And bring back Frank Alexander and Michael Moore to run security. Also, everyone should be playing NBA lLive 96' on either Super Nintendo or Sega Genesis on an old RCA big screen TV from 1994.

lol damn

i think u guys r a bit xcited here.
Dre works nonstop wit Detox, and he said himself that Kendrik and Slim r the last artists he will focus on, besides Detox.

i dont think the godfather will give rejects like Daz or Kurupt any time in the studio. even Snoop is fightin for his attention
he might mix 1 or 2 DPG-songs at most.

and why was Big C-Style's name menioned? since when did he produce?
and Emanuel Dean, a guy that played keyboards on 1 or 2 Snoop-songs nearly 20 yrs ago?
Overdose?

Big C-Style is back on teh scene tho. hes now pushin the so-called "resurrecting Long Beach"-movement wit mr. Frank Nitty, lol   8)

Original Dogg Pound members Daz and Kurupt are back in the studio working on a new album that will be executive produced by both Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg.
The pair are on the road with Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa, who are touring in support of their upcoming movie “Mac and Devin Go To High School.”

In an exclusive interview with AllHipHop.com, Daz and Kurupt revealed that they are working on a new album titled Alumni, which will be overseen by both Dre and Snoop.
“It’s Daz and Kurupt getting that DPGC together. Big Snoop is overseeing it, Dre’s overseeing,” Kurupt told AllHipHop.com at the Electric Factory in Philadelphia. “We just got off a road trip for beats with Dr. Dre, who is still working on Detox.”

While most of Tha Dogg Pound’s albums were independently released, Daz said Alumni will be a major release backed by both Dr. Dre and SNOOP’S respective machines.
According to Daz, Alumni will feature a combination of production between himself and Dr. Dre.

“We put the beats together, submit it to him [Dr. Dre] to let him know what we are working with and he comes and adds his flavor to it. It’s natural.”
As of press time, a release date for Tha Dogg Pound’s upcoming album Alumni was not available.

Good news if Dre's even remotely connected to the project. 8)

Hope this is true.  Would be great to see this project happen with the backing of the Aftermath label, Dre, and Snoop.  If it does it will be the first Daz or Kurupt project I've bought since Kurupt dropped Space Boogie.  Space Boogie was the last dope project I heard from Daz or Kurupt who were always my favorite group growing up.

People have such obsessions to certain individuals just because they happened to be there. I don't need an album full of old Death Row artists and producers for it to work.

Ideally, I would like something with a little creative direction behind it. I think DPG has actually done some pretty solid tracks over the years but because of the constant grind, they don't always take the proper time to put the right tracks together. They don't need to pull all these guys they probably haven't worked with in 15 years out of obscurity just to make a hot album. You could have Daz with his usual co-producer, Ivan Johnson doing most of the album and Dre doing the mixing and some production tweaking and then have him lace maybe 3 or 4 cuts of his own and you could have a pretty vicious project, regardless of guest features.

But I'm not an A&R and the reality is this is the music business. Projects like this get announced all the time and don't end up panning out in the long run so will see but a DPG project overseen by Dre and Snoop could be exciting if it came to fruition but the key word is "if".

stop tryna act like you're some voice of reason.  if this was the case then there wouldn't be a need to even mention the idea of this project and there wouldn't be such a huge demand 4 it.  you can act like a fucknigga all u want to against me (which is fine becuz i get money and i get females) but you make it sound like they've been doing something right this whole time when they've been half-assing it at best.  i don't think we need 2 turn this into a me vs. you thing to know that, especially almost a week later and 4 pages deep going on 5.  you represent the minority of the fans (that's if u even been supportin them niggaz in anyway)

tha dogg pound gangsta Crips have an occult like following, but that doesn't mean that all of us have actually liked the music coming out.  you probably wouldn't understand that tho

waste of time anticipating anything to come of this on the dre side. maybe he'll have the time to bump some records and give the thumbs up/down before release, but that's all.

Emanuel Dean was on "DPG Eulogy" and he and Daz both said that Emanuel made the "Gin & Juice" beat.

I'm not trying to act like anything. I gave my opinion like everybody else in the thread. It's not about being a "voice of reason". I'm speaking my damn mind. You want to go and invest your energy into doing the tracklists and acting like you're an artist management specialist, that's you, partner. Minority of fans or not, I could give two shits. And what the fuck is an "occult-like following"? Is it anything like a "cult-like following" or are you trying to tell me that DPG fans operate like devil-worshippers having seances to "Dillinger & Young Gotti" albums?

Jimmy serves me head.  His spurts of estrogen mean nothing to me.  Every time somebody reacts with emotion I ignore it. Jay you're a troll too, you're trolling has been old #next.

U guys gotta realize that just becuz you're behind a screen and writing to me doesn't actually mean that I'm reading the shit.  You can fail by even "clearing shit up".  Kimmy doesn't impress me, he's just like that racist Asian girl on here.  U talk down on me and it rolls off the shoulders.  I thought e-beefing was for kids, still is

With that said, my track lists and Mixtapes be beastin, that's why u always talk about em.

 :-\ sorry
