How Many of You work out

i weight lift 3 times a week an on the days i dont weight lift i run 3 miles a night.  im fuckin pissed tho.  for like 3 weeks it was to cold to run im talkin like 5 degrees so it finally went up to 35 so i started runnin again an now its snowing.  the track is covered in snow an its supposed to snow 3-6 inches again 2nite

5 days a week, weightlift

monday,wednesday, friday-upper body
tuesday, thursday-lower body

bench max: 275
bench rep-175 10x-6 reps


squat max-445
squat rep-usually start at 135 and work my way up til i can't go no more

no i dont run but i lift about 4 to 5 times a week and do the suana 4 about the same

Yeah but stopped recently cuz my gym membership expired.  I never max out though, and I used to go running regularly, but the weather is kinda cold and I got lazy, I'm plannin on starting again though.

i been liftin for probably almost 4 years now..I usually run at least 2 miles a night when it it warm out..I havent ran since the summer tho.Its way to cold to run.

I go the gym 2 or 3 times a week. Lately though, there's been wayyyy too much school stuff to be done for me to go to the gym. I been falling behind on my gym going big time... Gotta find more time somehow...  :(

In the summer though, you can't fuckin' get me take off my rollerblades 'til I drop. As soon as I wake up, I out 'em on and skate all over the city, I don't take time to eat brakfast or nuthin' (Then again, I never eat breakfast). None of that lazy "cruisin' on the boulevard" type of skating, I'm talkin' 'bout really getting your pulse up and get the sweat flowing and shit. When I drop, there's time for all the other summer things, chillin' with a beer, cruisin' in the car, kickin' it with my boys and shit. You won't be seeing me at this board neither, ain't got time for the computer in the summer. It's just too bad that the winter is sooooooo fuckin' long!!! >:( Right now there's more than 3 months 'til summer vacation. Until then I'd just like to sleep through the fuckin' thing, like bears sleep the whole winter. Well, just gotta try to get it over with... I'll be alive again at the start of June... FUCKIN' SNOW!!!! MELT YOU BASTARD!!! FUCKIN' AIR!!! GET WARMER!!! FUCKIN' SUN!!! SHINE FOR A CHANGE!!!

i've been lifting forever...i currently lift 5 nights a week...im currently in a bulking cycle so i havent been doing any cardio...i do one bodypart a day .....as far as bench goes...i never usually cared too much on how much i could bench...but a buddy and me got into a competition and i can currently bench 340lbs at a body weight of 195....i wanna get 350 before summer...as far as squats go...when i was in high school i hurt my back doing squats(bad form that i've fixed)..but i usually dont go above 315(5 reps)...im at the gym a lot come to think of it
