What is wrong with "living in the sand"?  Many things can be learned from life in the desert.  The desert has it's own secrets.  Bedouins who live in the deserts of Arabia have a different kind of knowledge on life, then the people of the city.  Within the solitude of the desert one's soul becomes so tangible you can nearly reach out and touch it.

Muhammad Asad (A jew who converted to Islam after spending time in the desert living amongst Arab Bedouins for the purpose of writing an article for a newspaper in Europe) said of them...

Muslims have always been very multicultural.  In the parliament of the Ottoman Empire (1400-1924) in Istanbul, Turkey, some 14 languages and 10 different races were represented.  

I've traveled to 5 different Muslim countries, (Oman, Saudi, UAE, Senegal, Gambia).  The average person there is far more worldly and cultured than the average American...

-The average beach bumb in Gambia and Senegal speaks not only his own local language (Wolof) but can also speak fluent English or French, and even enough German, Dutch, to get by with the tourists, and read, write, and pray in Arabic.

-The average person in the United Arab Emirates (where Dubai is located) isn't even Arab.   It's an Arab country but Arabs make up only 10% of the country.  English is taught in all the schools.  People of the Indian subcontinent dominate the population, so you have mixes of cultures from Bangladash, Pakistan, and India.  There are also large populations of Somali's and Asians from places as far away as Indonesia.  This mix of population dominates over the local Arab culture.

-In Saudi you have Mekkah and Medina, in which pilgrims from cultures as far as Nigeria, Indonesia, Eastern Europe (Albania, Bosnian whites), and so on all bring their distinct cultures into the region and a million people from various nations and cultures congregate there all at one time.  On the day of Arafat on Hajj there are tents set up for around 100 nations and cultures from around the world.   There is no more multicultural experience than that.

yeah i agree America should leave them alone but at the same time everywhere they go all around the world they spread their religion and everywhere they go to recruit and try to form a separate state, they do not adapt, they do not respect the laws, cultures, way of life, etc of the nations that they reside in, they feel they are better and that the people whos county they live in are infidels, they disrespect non Muslim women, they simply refuse to adapt in any way, they expect other nations to bend over backwards for them as to not offend them. I mean they expect us to change our ways to suite them, their goal and vision is for the whole world to be Islamic and their view is that all nations should follow Sharia law.
 Shit anything that offends tehm they demand it be changed even when its not their country.
 They are good at trying to pull the race card and making people feel sorry for them.

The americans who believe that we invade and control for other reasons than political and actual capital is dwindling by the second.  To believe otherwise is just buying into the stereotyping of americans by europeans and other groups (and confusing what the govt elites do with the regular man on the street).  Many americans believe we should be leaving the middle east alone because it hurts us politically and monetarily, and that theres a lot of muslims who would love to bring the US down regardless of whether we're using troops drones or meddling in their business or not.  We represent evil to them whether we are attacking them or not.

 I did read all that not gonna watch video though. Iam too hung over to go into a reply really but yesterday at the pub i was watching the cricket and it was England v Afghanistan. That spun me out a bit hey. Seeing them play and show good sportsman ship and actually smile. i wondered if they are heros or role models back home or would they be considered traitors for playing a western sport and playing with the enemy?
 And the Indian taxi driver  that drove me home last night, we got into the discussion about the Muslims here and even he was like "fuck off mate" towards them. Shit was funny.
