Have he and Em squashed their beef? I certainly hope so. They had some dope songs together, but the last time I remember either one mentioning the other was on X's song 1983 from Napalm and it sounded like X got into something with Em's manager Paul Rosenberg and then X and Em had a falling out as a result.

On ‘Kingmaker’, Joiner is set to go back and forth with hip-hop heavyweights as well as some of LA’s most promising new talent. When asked what led him to choose such a range of collaborators, Xzibit said he worked with those whose craft he “believed” in.

“Of course, I work with the legacy artists I’ve already worked with before,” he said. “Some people I haven’t worked with before on this album. [For example,] I’ve never done a song with Ice Cube.

Also confirmed for next year and 18 tracks

Joiner has yet to announce a release date for ‘Kingmaker’, but the 18-track album is expected to be out early next year.

I really think we will. We got Play This At My Funeral with a video this week. We're supposed to get Been A Long Time 2 in two weeks, presumably also with a video. The article you were referencing said basically the same thing as another article from a week ago, that also said the album would be out early 2025. So far, everything that has been promised, has happened or been corroborated by multiple sources, so let's hope for a January or February release date.
