That is a very good question. Maybe the introtune (same as murder them murderers from 2006) is part 1 and the actual beat is part 2. But then Niki grier is credited on part 1 and she is singing on the actual beat.

The beat has some changes, but they are repeated a few times. So I see no clear part 1 and 2.

It sounds more like Dre and Mark Batson etc provided the piano loop (from the 2006 beat) which you can hear softly in the background and Eminem and Luis Resto did the drums and other arrangements.
