Will all the takeover albums actually drop?
« on: October 24, 2021, 04:54:49 PM »
Years end is only 2 months

Dre obviously is the headliner

Then Xzibit
Snoop
MT Westmore
Eminem
Lamar

50 Cent and MJB are also promising new music. Possibly Dre produced.

Doggpound could get in the act with their sequel album.

Aftermath is dropping Silk Sonic in November.  Snoop will drop.  I don''t see Eminem dropping this year.  I will never believe Dre is dropping until he announces it himself or it drops.  Something is weird with Kendrick.  He must not be happy with album yet.

I think Eminem will release an album.

It feels like we've waited a decade and multiple titles for Xzibit though.

I say this as someone who loves Xzibit, there is really no demand for another album.  I hope he proves me wrong, though.  I wouldn't mind hearing another album as long as it is high end.  I'm tired of all the old school artists dropping albums with tired beats and terrible mixes.

I feel the same. Daz and Snoop have destroyed their legacy with continuous lazy efforts. I've liked every Xzibit album since restless.

Fatlip has no involvement, warrants absolutely no discussion.

it’s not an official announcement but think if dre tagged one of his posts #detox

it indicates an album is coming
