Nah, nope. The only bloods and crips I ever seen in new orleans was from LA. Drug organizations/clicks/wards is the new Orleans way pre Katrina. The bloods and crips did come to new Orleans but didn't leave a mark like they did everywhere else. They got ran out from what I was told.
