1.  What if Ruthless had just paid Dre what he was asking?  Imagine Snoop, Dogg Pound on Ruthless.  Suge remains just a bodyguard for Ruthless... imagine that.

2.   2pac wears a vest in Vegas.  His car gets shot up and all that shit but he lives miraculously surviving his second shooting.  Makaveli 7 Day Theory is set to drop and that shit explodes but not in his passing but in his living!!  He follows that up with his One Nation project exploding across the Nation Pac even takes over New York like with Death Row East making noise.  Big and Puffy try to challenge him with Life After Death dropping with Biggie still alive to promote the album but scared to do any shows cause Pac and Suge got both coasts on lock.

3.   Warren G drops on Death Row instead of Def Jam.  Another multiplatinum album for Death Row, so the summer of 96' they have both Above the Rim and G Funk era doing multiplatinum in the same summer.  With Death Row promotion "Summertime in the LBC" gets backed and the Dove Shack have yet another platinum album on Death Row.

4.  Suge gives Death Row to Snoop (instead of Reggie Wright) when he goes to prison.  All that Dogghouse, Eastsidaz shit comes under the Death Row banner.  When Suge finally gets out of prison in 02' and 03' Death Row is still part of the West Resurgence run and he makes peace with Dre.

5.  Master P signed Eminem when he had the chance in 98' and that was actually a deal on the table just before Dre.  He makes some shitty album with No Limit production but all the No Limit fans buy it just cause its no Limit and then all the backpackers and headz are like "holy shit, this white boy can fucking spit" so even they start buying is and spreading word about this white boy from Detroit on No Limit.  No Limit lets him do his second album without No Limit produciton and it's a huge success and game changer for rap.  P is still on top in 99' and Dre is left releasing King T albums that sell gold and West Coast fans love it but fails to make platinum nationwide success.  Dre still gets back to platinum reconnecting with Snoop and Xzibit but even "Bitch Please", "Lay Low" that shit Top Dogg dropped on NO LIMIT!! UHHHHHH!!!  P has extra loot to keep Beats By the Pound in house producers and even the shitty No Limit albums continue performing well selling at least gold.  P RUNS THE WORLD AS KING, Makes the NBA, runs for President

there's a lot but I'll stop there for now

We would've gotten Candy Shop type of songs. We got a preview on AEOM (What'z Ya Phone #) with what was about to be next for this 2Pac. No one outside of Dubcc would've called him a legend.

Maybe eventually it would have turned into "What's Your Phone Number" sort of like the way LL's second run of his career in the mid-90's turned out, even Pac said once in an interview that he might become like LL later.

Still; LL had a helluva second run, and even probably like a 3rd and 4th run to his career.  But I do agree that if he continued to live I doubt he would've been able to match All Eyez On Me and 7 Day Theory.  Because All Eyez on Me was enhanced by Death Row being in its prime before Dre left, and 7 Day Theory was enhanced by the mystery and drama surrounding his death.  Those two could never be duplicated even if Pac lived

I think first he was motivated by the whole One Nation concept he wanted to take over New York.  Like he had them cats like Boot Camp, and was down with Eric B and them other cats out East.  That O.G.C. album from 96' was remarkable that would have really been something if he could have elevated the Boot Camp/Duck Down/O.G.C./Heltah Skeltah family to the top the East Coast like to the level that Wu-tang was.  And on top of that it seems he was down with Wu-tang so they could have also allied with Pac and Death Row.
