yeah it’s all subjective

for instance Nas is just about the best lyricist I have heard…someone else might say Snoop…now I don’t think that Snoop is that great a lyricist but there are many fans out there who feel what Snoop is saying more than what Nas is

Why ppl always hate on nas beat selection?

because while his beat selection is good … he has rapped on plenty of mediocre beats

Somehow i knew it would be this song! WTF

Produced by the late Stretch Live Squad
So basically what i got outta this:

While people were hatin on ppl like Nas for havin bad beats mostly nas aswell as Tupac was about the message than beats

Now the game changed and its all about the beat the vibe while sayin nonsense lyrically.

oh yeah for sure

its interesting you brought up Nas and his beat selection because the same thing was said about Pac but as a lyricist...one of the biggest misnomers in hip hop imo
