t's like Puffy,
he always makes good raps and makes good songs, but how? He's a wack rapper, and he's a wack producer, but he'll get a dope producer, have him produce a track and he'll put a little bit on it and he'll have a dope rapper write him a rap and he'll put a little bit on it, and then he'll bust it,

HAhaha yea, dope interview, damn he talks a lot but thats good, he gives a lot of info, it would be cool to have him on wcc 2 8)

Major props on this interview nima, I think it is the best yet, it is so in depth, and I ain't even half way done readin it.  Damn this shit is long!  It really makes me reminisce on the old days of rap, when everyone was all together, and hangin together, in the studio together and shit like that.  Wow I hope they put out the lbc crew album, and I agree wit bad azz, I think that would have gone 4x platinum at least.

I just scanned thru it, cause I don't have time right now, but I read his comment on Dr. Dre and realized that Bad Azz is an idiot.

From his comments it looks like Bad Azz has been at every studio session that Dr. Dre and The Neptunes have held cause he's providing a lot of behind the scenes info and knows about the contracts involved.  Why would he say he wants to be on Detox then proceed to talk shit about Dr. Dre saying shit he obviously knows nothing about or a has heard secondhand?

It was a really good interview Nima thanks alot again .

Interesting hearing Bad Azz speak on Dre the way he was.  He was making some good points tho about Dre getting other peoples help for his beats.

And it was dope hearing him speak so highly on the 213 record. 8)

great interview, don't hate on bad azz just cause he spoke tha real bout dre (except the neptunes shit, they are weak). bad don't need dre, sorry guys but there's non-aftermath/shady music out there ;)

Most hip-hop is now keyboard driven, because the majority of hip-hop workstations have loops and patches that enable somebody with marginal skills to put tracks together,...

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.
