I've been a fan since 1992. Always thought he was the dopest MC ever since i first heard Paid In Full, which thinking about it, i probably heard that in like 1990/91 for the first time, but wasn't really fully into rap music and the HipHop culture until '92.

First track I heard was Know The Ledge when the Juice soundtrack dropped (that's Ra playing drums and sax on that track, trivia buffs). Then I copped the Don't Sweat The Technique album - dope, The Punisher was my joint ("If he don't believe what I said / I'm pushing his eyeballs waaaaay into the back of his head")

Got Follow The Leader on vinyl and The 18th Letter (shudder) on tape for £1.50  , and that's it. He's a lyrical genius who unfortunately has never had consistent producers behind him other than Premier.
